#89 – Team Topologies
Massive props to Matthew Skelton and Manuel Pais’ book, “Team Topologies”, for accelerating the talk about how to categorize and improve the collaborate between different types of teams.
Though our depiction of the teams is caricatured heavily, understanding each team type’s potential stereotypical weaknesses can help us coach them into increasing their value-add; start by being curious. And remember to remove as many dependencies as possible by sharing competencies between the teams. We like to maximize the number of Stream-Aligned Teams.
