#64 – Descaling and POs

After embarking on a scaled agile journey, many companies can benefit from descaling again. Here, the descaling will probably require the POs to return to true Product Ownership and engage more with end-users and think more strategically about the product. So, see this as an opportunity for POs to get back to their empowered PO roots and coach them accordingly.
