Reorganization is a natural part of the life of an enterprise, but we’re not quite fond of some of the most popular reasons for doing them. However, a positive example of reorganization is the case where dependencies can be removed by, e.g., organizing around Value Streams or products and enabling the teams to deliver end-to-end value.
