#92 – Empowered PO

As it can be counter-intuitive for many managers to let go of their product accountability, they need proper coaching and help with transferring it to POs. Try an experiment with a manager who “gets it”, let them transfer the accountability to the appropriate PO and share the potential/eventual success stories of the reaped benefits with other managers afterwards.
