This strip was made prior to the 2020 edition of the Scrum Guide in which it is reiterated that the Scrum Master is now a true leader and not “just” a servant leader. Servant leadership, however, is not only for roles such as Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers and Agile Coaches, but a leadership approach that all leaders can take as part of their leadership repertoire.
